The GrassGreener.Global journey began in the world of traditional recruitment — but we soon saw that the industry needed a smarter, more transparent way to connect businesses and talent.
So we built it. Our unique methodology, supported by our own technology platform, evolved into i-intro®, a revolutionary system that redefines retained executive search.
Today, it powers our international placements and supports hundreds of recruitment businesses around the world.
